Felicia McCargo Personal Lines CSR handles personal lines and is our Allstate expert. Felicia has been in the insurance business 15 years and with us for 8yrs. Felicia has developed a loyal following. Do not challenge her to a game of basketball, she is quite the player. |

Lisa Osborn Personal Lines CSR is the newest member of our team but has 12 years insurance experience in personal lines. In addition to her insurance knowledge she is an accomplished hunter and markswoman and enjoys the opportunities Okmulgee County provides. |

Missy Wilson handles the phone calls and directs traffic in the office. Missy also keeps track of much of the accounting and where Rob is. Missy enjoys spending time with her family and taking the occasional ride on the back of the Harley. |
